A contemporary intervention on a period building signed APPAREIL architecture. The team gave a new lease of life to the existing structure of the duplex, now transformed into a single-family dwelling. Outside, the original materials were renewed and the upper floor, which has been added, radiates by its resolutely contemporary appearance. Green spaces were also imagined. Inside, everything was designed to open up the spaces and especially to favor influx of light. In this aim, huge windows are now featured on the rear façade.
