Our signature style is sleek, contemporary and greatly inspired by our Nordic roots. Our projects demonstrate our commitment to find a balance between tradition and modernity.
Kim Pariseau
Founding architect, member OAQ

Kim Pariseau has a dual background in interior design and architecture, with 15 years of professional experience. With a background in both Quebec and Denmark, Kim is interested in the northern architecture. After working in major architectural firms, she created her own agency in 2011. Kim has since signed numerous residential and commercial projects. Kim has won awards for her work, and she received international praise for her sense of aesthetics.
Marc-Olivier Champagne-Thomas
Architect associated, OAQ member

Marc-olivier is an architect who graduated from the University of Montreal and holds a minor in urban planning. During his professional career he has worked on numerous winning and finalist projects in institutional architecture competitions and in multidisciplinary teams as well as on various commercial and residential projects. This background gives him a mastery of all project scales. Marc-olivier is also a member of the Mercier Hochelaga-Maisonneuve's committee of urbanism.
Esther Leduc
Senoir interior designer

With a Bachelor from University of Montreal in interior design, Esther is passionate about creative and well-designed projects. She gained experience as a manager and consultant, and as worked for a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. Esther joined APPAREIL architecture in 2014, and she is involved at different levels in various projects of the firm. She handles the firm's small scale projects with a great attention to detail.
Marie-Andrée Bérubé
Architect member of the OAQ

Marie-Andrée, architect member of the Quebec Order of Architects, completed her Masters in Architecture (2013) at the University of Montreal after studying science, letters and arts. During her training, Marie-Andrée participated in the Grands Ateliers de L'Isle-d'Abeau during her exchange year at the National School of Architecture in Grenoble. After gaining experience in Montreal firms as a research assistant, Marie-Andrée joined the team in 2017 as a project manager.
Marc-Antoine Juneau
Architect, OAQ member

Holder of a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from UQAM, Marc-Antoine then completed his architectural career at the National School of Architecture in Lyon, France. His career has allowed him to develop a vision of architecture greatly influenced by all scales of design. Completing his master's degree at Laval University, he was selected as a candidate for the OAQ College of Presidents scholarship. Marc-Antoine is passionate about the themes of unconventional experimentation with space, reinvention and conceptual metaphors, all in order to design an architecture that is both familiar and singular directly reaching sensitivity.
Natalia Duval
Administrative assistant

Part of the team since the beginnings of the firm, Natalia plays an essential role in the proper functioning of the company: bookkeeping, administrative management, industrial relations, etc. With her many years of experience, she is a valued aide to Kim Pariseau. Her work allows the creatives to concentrate on their projects worry-free.
Maxime Bédard
Environmental design

Maxime has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from UQAM and Architecture Technologies from Cégep Lévis-Lauzon, Maxime pays particular attention to the relationship between the different scales of design. His vision of Architecture and Design is expressed through material and detail, suggesting an interest in creating atmospheres and ambience within the project.
Olive Deschênes
Interior designer

Holder of a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from UQAM and a technique in Interior Design at Cegep du Vieux-Montréal, Olive likes to work on a project through all the different elements that compose it, at different scales, in order to create a harmonious environment that combines aesthetics and functionality.
We are a multidisciplinary agency in architecture, interior design and design. We offer a comprehensive scope of services adapted to our clients specific needs and, together with them, we carry out all stages of the process: Planning, research, construction, interior design, object design and built-in furniture. This approach allows us to simplify project management and to facilitate the experience, as well as to find effective, integrated and customized solutions. We work closely with carefully chosen partners and craftsmen to join forces and expertise in order to achieve a truly personalized, innovative and high quality environments.
